What does a spray bar cost?

Spray bars come in many different configurations and so it is not possible to give exact pricing.

However, factors that affect pricing are:

  • Overall length of the spray bar
  • Size of the spray bar pipe
  • Material of construction
  • The required surface finish
  • Number of nozzle slots

To give an indication of cost a typical 1 metre long 4 nozzle spray bar made in 316 stainless with ¾ pipe with a 240 grit polish and 4 nozzles would be about £850 at the time of writing (November 2024).

If we took the number of nozzles up to 10 then the price would increase to about £1150
