Full cone nozzles for gas scrubbers

A variety of full cone nozzles are used in gas scrubbing applications. Full cone nozzles offer an even distribution of spray making them ideal for covering entire gas flows.

For many gas scrubbers, small droplets are desirable to increase the surface area of the spray. For this type of scrubber, spiral nozzles might be a better choice. However for faster-moving gas flows standard full cones, with their bigger droplets that will penetrate into gas flows better will be an excellent choice. 

For venturi type scrubbers, or other scrubbers with narrow chambers, our NCK injector-style nozzles might serve well as they can be manufactured with narrow spray angles as low as 15 degrees.
