Quick release riser systems for pre-treatment applications

For ultimate quick change over system SNP can provide complete riser systems with quick release couplings. The entire riser complete with all nozzles can be quickly removed for cleaning and maintenance. If a spare riser system is stored then this can be clipped back into place whilst the original is being cleaned this can reduce down time considerably.

• Adaptable pipe saddles can be used to create female outlets, allowing the headers to be constructed of PVC, CPVC or Polypro Pipe. 
• Polypropylene saddles fit 1.5" (40 mm) thru 6" (200 mm) pipe with outlets ranging from 1" (25 mm) thru 2" (50 mm).
