Clearly some fire safety spraying applications may require effective operation at high temperatures.  Often this is down to material selection.  Nozzles are produced in a variety of different heat tolerant materials including:

316 Stainless Steel rated to 430^o

Nickel Alloy 600 rated to 1100^o

Hastelloy C276 rated to 1100^o

Tantalum rated to 1500^o

RBSC ceramic rated to 1380^o

SNBSC ceramic (Refrax) rated to 1660^o
