Dosing and mixing

Without accurate dosing, any cleaning/disinfection system is either ineffective or inefficient.  Whilst many companies will err on the side of caution and overdose their chemical usage environmental legislation and the increasing costs of waste fluid disposal means that careful consideration needs to be given to accurate mixing.

Our dosing systems allow for the accurate mixing of cleaning chemicals from concentrate with the main water supply.  The systems are venturi mixed meaning they require no expensive dosing pumps and can thus be deployed almost anywhere.  As long as a suitable water supply can be connected to the system, accurate dosing can be achieved anywhere in the factory.
