Chemical injection for water treatment

Before treated wastewater is released or reused, it must be disinfected to eliminate remaining pathogens and protect public health and the receiving environment. Chemical disinfectant is injected into the flow and needs to contact the entire water stream quickly and evenly to be effective.

Full Cone Nozzles deliver uniform coverage across the full cross-section of a channel or contact chamber, making them ideal for dosing disinfectant evenly into the full flow before it enters the contact tank.

Hollow Cone Nozzles produce fine, atomised droplets concentrated at the spray perimeter, maximising surface area for rapid mixing and reaction which is well suited to fine chemical dosing and gas-liquid contact points within the disinfection process.
